REQUIRED:
Associates degree from a nationally accredited school PLUS six (6) years of Healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience in area relevant to assigned area (Patient Access, Business Office, or Physician Practice)
**OR**
Bachelor’s degree from a nationally accredited university PLUS four (4) years of Healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience in area relevant to assigned area (Patient Access, Business Office,or Physician Practice)
2. Demonstrated excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; must score in high range on pre-screening communication skills aptitude assessment.
3. Proven high level of knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle systems.
4. Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook) or equivalent;
must score in high range on pre-screening MS Office skills aptitude assessment
PREFERRED:
1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Education, or related field is strongly preferred.
2. Healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience in area relevant to assigned area (Patient Access, Business Office, or Physician Practice) is strongly preferred.
3. CHAA (Certified Healthcare Access Associate) or CPAR (Certified Patient Access Representative)
4. Working knowledge of SQL
5. Working knowledge of HL7
6. Evidence of the ability to work well with others – a team player
7. Ability to organize and implement various programs
