Position Description
Works collaboratively with LMG’s leadership to administer and coordinate all operations in order to achieve and maintain clinical quality, financial viability, patient and visitor safety as well as service excellence and patient satisfaction. Responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the assigned location and all of its employees.
Position Requirements
REQUIRED:1. High School degree or equivalent 2. Minimum of 3 years management experience in business, nursing, or healthcare related field 3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite 4. Possess advanced problem solving and team building skills 5. Able to recognize analyze and prioritize problems and make appropriate management decisions 6. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills PREFERRED:1. Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related fields 2. Familiar with basic medical terminology, insurance company operating procedures, regulations, billing requirements and government reimbursement programs. 3. Able to recognize, analyze and prioritize problems; experience with process improvement theories. 4. Displays an outgoing, warm, and helpful attitude. 5. Physician Practice or other ambulatory care setting management experience. 6. Able to communicate clearly with patients over the telephone and in person.
