I've been working here at Northside for a year now, and it's been so awesome working here. I am so glad to be a part of Northside Hospital, and since I came, I've learned a lot, like a whole lot of things, and I am still learning, and people around me are still eager to teach me and show me so many things. I am so glad to be here, you know? My supervisors, my coworkers, my managers, even the director, they are so nice and they are willing to teach you any time. I am so happy to be here and I will stay here for long. Just know, I'm gonna stay here for a long time and I'm happy to be here.

I actually had a situation fairly recently to where one morning, I woke up, just wasn't feeling good, had a migraine, and I was trying to fight through it most of the morning and then finally had to call my supervisor, and I said, "Hey, I'm not feeling good. I've been trying to get over this. I think, unfortunately, I'm gonna have to log off for the rest of the day." And her response was so important, and she just tells me, "You know what? I hope you feel better. Take care of you. Your health is most important, and it's no worries. Just get on tomorrow, and everything's gonna be good. Just feel better." And that response was so important to me just because it really is good to know that you're working for a company that understands that sometimes things happen in life, whether that be you're sick like me, or you need a mental health day, or you just want to spend time with your family, and I think that's the most important part about Northside is that they do fully understand that life happens and work-life balance is definitely important.
