So we like to have a lot of fun on this unit. This is one of the games we're playing right now. It's where we took pictures of a bunch of our staff's eyes, and we're trying to guess who they are. So as much fun as you can have, it makes the workday go more quickly, and it's a lot of fun.

Recovery, we are very fast-paced so it's important that we do work together as a team, from communicating with our patient care techs, support techs, EVS, everybody is constant communication to keep things running smoothly between nurses and supervisors. We'll help each other check in a patient if we're busy in another room, give meds, wheel patients out. Everybody takes part and everybody helps out where there is a need. If a patient's having a complication, everyone is ready to jump in and help where they need to, call a doctor, whatever it is that needs to be done. You can always ask for help and someone will be able to help you get it done. So we're a really great team.
